Uma proposta de planejamento estratégico para empresa atuante na terceirização de ativos de informática

Abstract

The organizational strategy has proved to be increasingly important for organizations to adapt to changes in the social and economic context, together with the development of new technologies. The strategy map provides an architecture to integrate the strategies and operations of several units spread across the company. The objective of this work is to propose a strategic plan for an organization that operates in the IT asset rental segment. The methodology used in this work was a case study, based on intensive direct observation, with qualitative data analysis. The planning sought to: develop the organization's mission, vision and values; build the strategic map and elaborate the indicators, metrics and goals. The main results of the work include the organizational diagnosis and definition of the business, mission, vision, values and purpose; strategic map; definition of strategic objectives, indicators, metrics and goals; and strategic actions.
