| dc.description | This paper deals with analyzing dialogue "Phaedrus", Plato, on its main theme is
the rhetoric. In turn, exposes concepts, persuasive vision, the use of feelings as a
listener of seduction mechanism, the search for truth through the dialectic and the
legal technique of hermeneutics. Thus showing that the rhetoric does not have the
ultimate end only weave beautiful words in public, but their peculiarities, ranging
from good words, their communicative role and fundamental tool in society is
current or in ancient Greece. Based on this reasoning, presents initially a historical
insight into the way of rhetoric, quoting Greek philosophers and their views on this
subject; subsequently, the best building of good understanding and conviction of
the listener, passing by "eristic" to the dialectic, and rhetoric needs as a legal
technique for better exposure in the defense and construction of the right. | |
| dc.description | O presente trabalho trata de analisar o tema principal do diálogo Fedro, de Platão,
que é a retórica. Por sua vez, trata da noção de persuasão, da utilização dos
sentimentos como mecanismo de sedução do ouvinte, a busca da verdade
através da dialética e da técnica da hermenêutica. Assim, demostra que a retórica
não possui o fim último de apenas entrelaçar palavras bonitas em público, mas
suas peculiaridades que vão desde o bem falar, no seu papel comunicativo, até
ser ferramenta fundamental na sociedade seja atual ou na Grécia antiga.
Apresenta-se inicialmente uma visão histórica sobre o caminho da retórica,
citando filósofos gregos e suas visões sobre este tema; posteriormente, a melhor
construção do bom entendimento e convencimento do ouvinte, a passagem pela
“erística” até a dialética, e as necessidades da retórica como técnica jurídica para
melhor exposição na defesa e construção do Direito. | |
