This work aims at investigating the behavior of the eletric permittivity of materials in aqueous media via non-invasive method. The problem examined is justified in the large amount of food that now have this feature for storage, being of great interest to constantly check state change of their preservation. Thus, we proposed a set up measurements and using chemicals known one can study the behavior of these aqueous media, being considered in this analysis a means of reference with a known permittivity. The reference medium is then gradually is modified by the addition of its components and evaluated by the passage of an electromagnetic wave.
