Resumen
Women's professional challenges are part of their socialization and daily life. The monograph presents the theme working conditions of the socio-managerial environment and female management, and its objective was to identify which working conditions most impact the work of a management woman in the city of Natal. The research is a single exploratory case study and data collection was done through an interview that could identify which working conditions of the categories of the socio-managerial environment most impact on the way this woman's manages and the way she performs her work. With the participatory increase of women in the labor market and its occupation in management positions, it is necessary to try to understand what difficulties she faces in consolidating at such a hierarchical level and whether gender is directly associated with these difficulties. It was found that the condition that most affects this woman corresponds to equal opportunities and violence in the workplace.
