Resumen
Women have been conquering their space in the labor market through much struggle, dedication, effort and resignation, always seeking to reconcile work with family life. With this difficult task of reconciling work and family, many women, when they become pregnant, evaluate whether it is appropriate to return to the labor market after maternity leave and entrust third parties with the care of their children. Given this scenario, they find in entrepreneurship the solution to have a profession with flexible schedules necessary to balance their various activities. In this context, the main objective of this study is to analyze the difficulties and opportunities experienced by these maternal entrepreneurs.
