Determinantes sociais e particularidades de gênero na condenação criminal e aprisionamento de mulheres no Brasil

Abstract

The object of study seeks to understand the social determinants and particularities of gender relations related to criminality and the imprisonment of women in Brazil. The study is directly related to social relations, violence and prisoners, the understanding of the main reasons for criminal origin among women who fall into the closed regime and as specific characteristics of gender relations that involve women trafficking in illicit drugs. As for the methodology, the individuals are the profiles that are committed to the universe of imprisoned women and the methods of procedures used for documental survey, based on secondary document sources with data on sources of imprisoned women's laws, among others. In addition, the research is also bibliographical, using scientific articles on studies as categories of project analysis and related to the theme. results of the surveyed men ignored that as particularities of women are studied, showing that the arrest was made by men, disregarding, of course, the Penal Execution Law. Also, in 2006, in addition to the approved drug economy, they noticed the mass incarceration of his family that for the least the capitalist kept his family illegal and illegal drugs. restricts the entry of these women into the formal labor market. In this way, it is possible to reproduce the Brazilian criminal system, incarcerated women, the patriarchal gender relations that daily oppress women in society. In this sense, it is necessary to fight for the reduction of the social inequalities of gender existing in the capitalist and patriarchal society and within the prison and criminal system of the country. It is the fight for the defense of countless women who are contained in a context of repeated pressure and violence.
