Análise da importância do crédito consignado no consumo dos aposentados e pensionistas do INSS: um estudo de caso no bairro Potengi de Natal.

Abstract

The accomplished work search to demonstrate the influence that the attainment of the consigned credit has had for the consumption of the third age of retired and pensioners of the Potengi quarter in the city of Natal/RN, including the period of may/2013 november/2013. In this work the evolution of the credit was demonstrated, since its origin until the current days, emphasizing the sprouting of the consigned credit for retired and pensioners of the INSS. The question focuses to discover if the attainment of the consigned credit has been important in the consumption of goods and services of the people of the third age. Through the theoretical analysis by means of the revision of the literature and the form application credit was verified the existing relation enters consumption x, so that the hypothesis was constructed of that the consigned credit has assumed important role in the consumption of the third age of the interviewed people. The results had demonstrated that in the majority of interviewed the positive correlation between credit x consumption was present. Therefore, one concludes that, the attainment of the consigned credit has made possible and in some cases it was indispensable for the consumption of the retired persons and pensioners of the INSS.
