dc.description.abstractToday the world is going through a pandemic of great proportions, a virus where the studies carried out have not yet reached definitive conclusions about its control. The impacts suffered by the Covid-19 pandemic are not only on people's health, the impacts felt are from social to economic. The main way to contain the virus is to maintain isolation and distance as a means of prevention. States were obliged to create laws to ensure that security measures were respected, forcing organizations to adapt their work model for the home office and guarantee its functioning during this period. With the growth of the home office in this period, the home environment began to have a new configuration, making it necessary to adapt domestic and labor demands. And this modality has gained a lot of strength in organizations, showing that it is possible to keep their activities even away from the organization's headquarters. The study is a quantitative, descriptive study that aimed to analyze the impacts of the home office on the professional and personal lives of employees who started to act in this format in an imposing way and understand how the role of the human resources area took place in implementation of the model and maintaining the feeling of belonging of the employees of the institution studied, Riograndense Distribuidora. The results allowed to observe that the adaptation to the model occurred in a positive way and the level of satisfaction is high, bringing few negative impacts and personal and professional gains for these collaborators. The feeling regarding the organization also proved to be positive, showing that employees are proud to be part of the company.
