Contribuições da música infantil para o desenvolvimento e aquisição da linguagem oral.

Abstract

The monographic work deals with the relation between the child and the music. In reflecting on this theme aimed to investigate the importance of music in a child’s education. The reflection proposition makes us consider as specific objectives: think over the presence of music as language; tracing a brief trajectory of its uses throughout history; explain the importance of music for children’s development, highlighting the pedagogical work in early childhood education. These objetives led us to develop a bibliographical research and linking studies in psychology on child development, and arts, particularly those related music and education. Reflections articulating these studies point to the understanding of music as language that favors the development of other languages, linked to different aspects of child development. Also show the importance of addressing the music in a formative perspective, making the child a being sensitive to musical appeal.
