| dc.description | This article presents the analysis of four academic productions of researchers of the group “Remuneration of K-12 Public Schools Teachers within the context of FUNDEB and PSPN”. The main objective of this study was to investigate the complexity of the concept of teacher remuneration in these productions and which was the authors’ starting point for the development of this concept. With a methodology based on the Critical Discourse Analysis, this article aims to verify in the discourse of the selected authors how the relations between the teaching work, the conditions targeted by the funds (FUNDEF [Fund for Maintenance and Development of the Elementary Education and Teachers Appreciation], FUNDEB [Fund for Maintenance and Development of K-12 Education and for Teachers Appreciation]), and the impact of the implementation of the National Minimum Wage (PSPN) are intertwined with the teacher remuneration. | en-US |
| dc.description | Este artigo apresenta a análise de quatro produções acadêmicas de pesquisadores do grupo “Remuneração de Professores de Escolas Públicas da Educação Básica no Contexto do FUNDEB e do PSPN”. O objetivo principal deste estudo foi verificar a complexidade do conceito de remuneração docente nessas produções e qual foi o ponto de partida dos autores para trabalhar esse conceito. Com a metodologia fundamentada na Análise Crítica do Discurso pretende-se verificar nos discursos dos autores selecionados como se dão as relações entre o trabalho docente, as condições orientadas pelos fundos (FUNDEF, FUNDEB) e o impacto da implementação do Piso Salarial Profissional Nacional (PSPN) na remuneração docente. | pt-BR |
