This paper analyzes the United Nations and its General Assembly under the constructivist optic, taking as theoretical basis the anarchical society proposed by Hedley Bull. Such an approach allows evaluating the relations between authority, legitimacy, representativity, diplomacy and deliberation. Este artigo analisa a Organização das Nações Unidas e sua Assembleia Geral sob a ótica da Escola Inglesa, tomando como base teórica a sociedade anárquica proposta por Hedley Bull. Tal abordagem permite avaliar relações entre autoridade, legitimidade, representatividade, diplomacia e deliberação.
