Resumo: Neste ensaio teórico, coloca-se em evidência a questão da Reabilitação Profissional, no campo da saúde mental, a partir de uma interlocução com a Antropologia da Saúde. Considerando que a Reabilitação Profissional remete ao processo trabalho-saúde-doença, hoje dificultada aos trabalhadores afastados do trabalho, notadamente àqueles diagnosticados com Transtornos Mentais e Comportamentais (TMC), chamamos à discussão desse tema sob o olhar da Antropologia da Saúde, resgatando os seguintes conceitos: cultura, corpo e política. Nesse sentido, concebemos a interdisciplinaridade como um dispositivo capaz de interligar diferentes pontos de vista sobre o trabalho, a saúde, a doença e o reconhecimento do sujeito trabalhador. Por fim, buscamos contribuir, nesta interlocução, com uma discussão ampliada do conceito de saúde mental relacionada ao trabalho, de políticas públicas voltadas à reabilitação profissional, especialmente aos afastamentos de trabalhadores diagnosticados com TMC.Palavras-chave: Reabilitação Profissional. Antropologia da Saúde PROFESSIONAL REHAB AT MENTAL HEALTH AREA: INTERLOCUTION WJTH ANTROPOLOGY OF HEALTH Abstract: Starting from a text of theoretical and conceptual discussion and reflection, the present essay shown in evidence the question of Professional Rehab at mental health aspect, starting of an interlocution with Anthropology of Health. Considering that Professional Rehab refers to work-health-disease process, hampered to workers away from work in these days, notably those diagnosed with Mental and Behavioral Disorders (TMC), it is called to discussion of this topic under the Anthropology of Health view, rescuing the following concepts: culture, body, and politics. In this purport, it is designedthe interdisciplinarity as a device capable of connect different points of view about work, health, disorder and the recognition of worker subject. We point to the restrictions suffered by workers away from work and the difficulties experienced in terms of return to work. At end, it is sought to contribute, in this interlocution, with an extended discussion of mental health concept related to work, of public politics turned to professional rehab, specially to the retirement of workers diagnosed with TMC, recognizing that Health Anthropology can add significantly to the dense universe of the health-work-disease process.Keywords: Professional Rehab.
