dc.descriptionBy means of reflecting upon a historiographical study of the literary and journalistic work of Mexican intellectual, Elena Garro (1916-1998), the aim of this paper is to problematize the notions of feminine literature, feminist literature, autobiographical production and, consequently, to assess gender as a category of analysis of the literature written by women. As a result, the paper intends to contribute to the discussions about the limits and possibilities of a literary canon, as well as of gender studies, within Intellectual History.en-US
dc.descriptionA partir de reflexões feitas pelo estudo historiográfico da obra literária e jornalística da intelectual mexicana Elena Garro (1916-1998), pretende-se problematizar as noções de literatura feminina, literatura feminista, produção autobiográfica e, consequentemente, redimensionar o gênero enquanto categoria de análise da literatura feita por mulheres. Ao final, procura-se contribuir para as discussões sobre os limites e possibilidades de abrangência dos cânones literários e dos estudos de gênero dentro da História Intelectual.pt-BR
