| dc.description | This study analyzes images produced during photography workshops that took place in two prisons, located in Porto Alegre/Brazil; the attendees were comprised of groups of inmates. For Catherine Tambrun, it is impossible for an external agent to photograph these places. Her concepts were used to highlight what specifics were present in the images approximating them to discussions brought forth by Judith Butler with respect to precarious lives, in opposition to general notions of prison images and the imprisonment of images. ResumoO trabalho apresenta uma análise das imagens produzidas a partir de oficinas de fotografia realizadas em dois presídios localizados em Porto Alegre. A partir de noções trazidas por Catherine Tambrun sobre a impossibilidade do agente externo fotografar nesses ambientes, pretende discutir que especificidades apresentam as imagens feitas pelos próprios presos, contrapondo noções de imagens da prisão e aprisionamentos da imagem e, ao mesmo tempo, as aproximando de discussões sobre as vidas precárias trazidas por Judtih Butler. | en-US |
