O Circuito Espacial Produtivo e os Círculos de Cooperação da Cadeia de Proteína do Peixe: Estudo de Caso da Produção de Peixe no Oeste Paranaense

Abstract

A formação da cadeia de proteína do peixe, na região Oeste do Paraná, está sendo cimentada sobre as estruturas dos Complexos Agroindustriais Cooperativos. A construção deste trabalho foi realizada através de revisão bibliográfica, trabalho de campo e análises dos resultados obtidos, ao decorrer dos capítulos serão discutidos temas como segurança e soberania alimentar numa perspectiva brasileira, o problema da infraestrutura, que atualmente representa um, dos principais gargalos logísticos brasileiros. A formação socioespacial da Região e do município de Palotina se faz necessário para compreender o local de estudo e nortear as relações cooperativa-cooperado e município. O percurso histórico do início das cooperativas no Brasil e no Estado do Paraná são imprescindíveis para a análise dos Complexos Agroindustriais existentes na região, verificar o papel do Estado brasileiro nesse processo. Por fim analisar os resultados obtidos no trabalho de campo e construir o circuito espacial produtivo do peixe e se círculo de cooperação nessa região e concluindo assistimos o nascimento da cadeia de proteína do peixe na região oeste do Paraná no ano de 2018.

The formation of the protein chain of fish, in the Western region of Paraná, is being cemented on the structures of Agroindustrial Complex cooperative. The construction of this work was conducted through literature review, field work and analysis of the results obtained, the chapters are discussed topics such as safety and food sovereignty in a brazilian perspective, the problem of infrastructure, which currently represents a major logistics bottlenecks, Brazilians. The socio- spatial formation of the region and the municipality of Palotina is necessary to understand the place of study and guide the cooperative relations-cooperated and municipality. The history of the beginning of cooperatives in Brazil and in the State of Parana are indispensable for the analysis of agro-industrial Complexes in the region, check the role of the State in this process. Finally analyze the results obtained in the field work and build the spatial productive circuit of fish and if circle of cooperation in this region and in conclusion we have seen the birth of fish protein chain in Western Paraná in the year 2018
