Abordagem transpessoal: uma proposta de intervenção no centro de formação de pessoal para os serviços de saúde – CEFOPE/RN

This study has as finality to present a propose of pedagogical intervention based in transpersonal
approach. The motivation to do the study, comes from the constant difficulties showed by the
professional education teachers of the health area, in special, by the teachers of Center of People
Formation in Health Area (CEFOPE) in develop activities that motivate the pupils in learning
process. The intervention project will be developed through workshop modality with
transpersonal methodology, aiming to promote a more integral vision of the relationship between
teacher x pupil. The proposed workshops, shall be developed with transpersonal orientation for a
cohesive, creative and innovator team. By this way, the research starts from a theoretic referential
supported by the follow thematics: pedagogical graduation to teachers; psychology, didactics and
learning; teaching methodologies, in especial, the integrative transpersonal approach and
application for education. From these concepts, collected during the bibliographic research phase,
was structured and proposed to the group of teachers that teach technical and qualification areas,
its execution in two moments. The results that will be collected in the workshops will inspire
discussions about a new look of the full context of relationship teacher x pupil, orienting
possibilities to develop future studies.
