Proposta de capacitação pedagógica para docentes do curso de agente comunitário de saúde na modalidade a distância

Abstract

Given the important role of teachers in the training of basic and secondary health and precariousness of pedagogical preparation of these teachers, this project aims to plan pedagogical training for teachers working in Qualifying Community Health Agents (ACS) of school of Public Health of the State of Minas Gerais (MG-ESP) in the distance. The Workshops were designed as a space for collective discussions so that participants can express themselves, reflect and propose strategies for implementation of the course. It is expected, therefore, that this proposal after discussions and definitions team can offer quality training for teachers who work in the training course of the ACS improving their performance as professionals and consequently the quality of services offered by the Health System (SUS).
