The development of communication technology and consumer products / services is currently one of the main strengths of existing marketing and has emerged with high development indices year after year. In Brazil, as in virtually every country in the world, internet access coupled with the availability of information and content quickly is spreading the culture ofnews consumption and information online, in that as more and more social groups have access to computers and internet, thereby increasing the percentage of use that has already exceeded previous years. This paper proposes to hold a bond, based on surveys and through secondaryliterature on consumer behavior in the face of these initiatives in adopting technology for reading newspapers online, contemplating the various contexts contained therein. Seeking also to explain this scenario with its various themes inherent in it, and at some point induce research as arealization of future research in order to deepen it in their attributes and to identify its adherence to real cases. Having as the main purpose of collecting information and practical suggestions and effective enough to be used by managers to determine their work with the use of onlinenewspapers as a product to be consumed based on the strategic marketing vision
