dc.description.abstractThe article discusses corruption in public procurement based on recommendations issued by transparency international. The risks and weaknesses that make the hiring process more vulnerable to corruption during the preparation of the bid, during the choice of winner and during the inspection steps, management and control ara analyzed. Finally, the importance of the various mechanisms of transparency as tools of preventing and combating corruption is highlighted.
