Intervenção educativa sobre fatores de risco para doenças Cardiovasculares

Abstract

Cardiovascular diseases are diseases that alter the operation of the circulatory system. In Brazil, cardiovascular diseases represent the main cause of mortality. This study aims to develop an intervention project to reduce the risk factors for cardiovascular disease in the population accompanied the Family Health Program Santa Rosa, in the city of Divinopolis. To prepare the action plan we used the Strategic Planning Method Situational. literature search was performed in computer databases with the key words: cardiovascular diseases, risk factors and health promotion. It is believed that the proposed action plan will direct the team of professionals in assisting the population to improve the knowledge of these patients in relation to cardiovascular diseases, adopting healthy lifestyles and improve quality of life
