dc.description.abstractTeenage pregnancy is a unique event, fortuity, which "escaped" to control, however, the more severe a second teenage pregnancy in the same conditions, which implies problems as the small interval between causing low birth weight in newborns. Women who start motherhood in adolescence tend to have a larger number of children throughout their reproductive life. In most cases, the first pregnancy is unplanned and sometimes unwanted. Thus, the probability of pregnancy followingthe purchase of the first character unwanted becomes very high. Moreover, often the municipality does not provide all contraceptive methods, making it difficult to prevent this recurrence. This research aims to identify preventive actions to prevent recurrence of teen pregnancy. The study was developed using the literature review. The survey results showed that educational programs for teens are strongly recommended because teenagers mostly have little information about sexuality. Carein planning and reproductive health of adolescents must rely, in particular, with the participation of teachers, parents and services for adolescent must have a strong educational component, with the participation of adolescents themselves.
