O processo de educação em saúde como instrumento de orientação da iniciação sexual precoce: projeto de intervenção

Early sexual initiation has become a public health problem because of its practice be occurring at an earlier age, when many teens are not mature enough to cope with the possible consequences resulting from this act. The teenage pregnancy and the occurrence of sexually transmitted diseases are the main problems arising from early sexual activity and can cause various effects in adolescent life. The present study aimed to propose an action plan from the perspective of health education, to discuss and propose actions to reduce early sexual initiation, the ESF Altino Barbosa, the city of Teófilo Otoni- Minas Gerais. This is an intervention project that used the method of Situational Strategic Planning, as well as routine reports and participant observation, identified in the situational diagnosis and monitoring of adolescents through actions of the School Health Program. For the theme of development was made search in the databases LILACS and SciELO, using the keywords:. Teenage pregnancy, sexuality, education and prevention, and also the Ministry of Health Manuals The proposed intervention aims to meet the students with a view that they reflexively analyze their choices and attitudes about their sexuality. It is considered the need for this intervention proposal as a strategy that encourages this group to seek guidelines that take the right choices, and health and education professionals as facilitators for a healthy childhood and with a differentiated service, with the intention of promoting and prevent the risks of early sexual initiation.
