dc.description.abstract | The pedagogical practice of the nurse teacher is being reconsidered due to actual need for change due to the current state of the labor market, relevant to the nursing staff of mid-level and higher powers and other integrated social transformations to reality. In this context , innovative pedagogical practices in nursing courses become extremely necessary so that concrete actions are done in the development of learning , stimulating students to reflect on social reality , making him understand and develop technical - scientific issues that of the complex process involving be nurse. In this sense, the aim of this study is to understand the pedagogical practices developed by teachers in nursing education described in the literature. The selection of articles was made on the basis of SciELO, LILACS and MEDLINE databases from the Virtual Health Library. The results were divided into three themes: Teaching, Pedagogical Practices and Innovative Pedagogical Practices Related to Training Challenges. The research showed that the nursing faculty recognize the need for changes in teaching practices due to the requirement of society for professionals increasingly autonomous, with its own initiative, who can work in a group and they are in constant training. However, an appropriate pedagogical training of nursing faculty is essential, since it is necessary to know to practice and teach accordingly. | |
