dc.description.abstractCluster Analysis was applied to the database of 481 elderly already identified previously as frail beneficiaries of private operator of health plans in Brazil, using a range of health indicators, listed in household face assessment by nurse. The goal is to find the partition of the elderly into groups based on variables that indicate the general health condition of each person, in order to define levels of complexity, so that the elderly of each formed groups could receive the appropriate care plan that they really need, consisting of homecare and telehomecare, whose frequency and quantity are founded on the principle of equity.
