dc.description.abstractThrough literature review will verify that physical exercise can bring benefits to pregnant women, provided they are accompanied by professionals with adequate training and are attentive to treatment and contraindications to the physical demand. Besides this, it will be noted that in view of the physiological changes in the body of the pregnant woman to exercise can be highly beneficial if practiced according to the profile of the practitioner and even if combined with proper nutrition and dissemination to the public about the benefits of their practice during pregnancy. Finally, it will report the exercises that best fit the clinical condition of a pregnant woman.
