dc.description.abstractThis paper analyses the implications of the application of the Efficient Breach Theory in the field of effectiveness on the Brazilian Theory of Juristic/Legal Acts and Contracts. To do so, based on the bibliographic research in the national and international literature, outlines both theories, and conduct as well as an analysis of some Brazilian Court decisions which may be able collaborate for an understanding of the pointed-out scenario.
