Utilização de tubos de PVC Rib Loc para rede de águas pluviais

Abstract

It is now known that in Brazil, in a general way, the infrastructure with regard to drainage is insufficient. Because of the shortage of skilled workforce in the field of execution of stormwater networks it has been necessary to develop new technologies that depend less on human resources and inputs. Rib Loc pipes technique was launched into the market to facilitate the execution process of building drainage systems and as a result to shorten deadline and cost. The comparatives between concrete and PVC Rib Loc pipes will be brought foward and the advantages of each method will be displayed in this research. A casestudy referring to the installation of PVC Rib Loc pipes in a housing development as part of Minha Casa Minha Vida program will be presented, containing the benefits of changing concrete pipes into Rib Loc ones.
