dc.description.abstractThe study aims to analyze and reflect about the possibilities of Teaching Visual Arts for the visually impaired and to discuss the inclusion and valuation of people with special needs taking into properly consideration the development context of their social, cultural and aesthetic skills. Searches and specialized researches on the subject were held, whose main results were actions aiming the definition and characterization of the universe determined by the definition of the subject, the object and presented goals. Working with the difference does not mean " to equalize", but consider the differences and adapting the methodological, technological and scientific procedures required to maintain the social, physical and cultural integrity of the disabled person in question.
