Constituição econômica, desenvolvimento e a institucionalização do princípio do pleno emprego: uma abordagem à luz da teoria da seletividade de Claus Offe

Abstract

Present article aims to verify the substance of the Full Employment Principle inserted in the Economic Constitution which composes the Brazilian Federal Constitution of 1988 – considered as a Programmatic Constitution – and analyze it under the assumptions of the Materialist Theory of State and the Strukturellen Selektivität concept (Structural Selectivity concept), developed by Claus Offe, in order to build a prospect of its likely level of real effectiveness.
