dc.description.abstractThis work aims to develop and validate a high efficiency liquid chromatography method with fluorescence detector (CLAE-FD; acronym: HPLC-FD) for the identification and quantification of enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin in laying waste in accordance with INMETRO recommendations, Decision 657/2002 of the European Community and the Manual on Quality Assurance of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (EC, 2002; Inmetro, 2016; Brazil, 2015).
