O acolhimento como proposta de reorganização da assistência à saúde: uma proposta de intervenção

Abstract

The host is a strategy to ensure access to justice through the assessment / risk stratification and identify vulnerabilities enabling the different gradations of risk situations of greater urgency and, therefore, perform the appropriate prioritization. Search is the humanization of relations between workers and health services to its users. It is recognized as an operational guideline of the Family Health Strategy for restructuring of the labor process. He highlights the dynamics and accessibility criteria of users to health services. The Humaniza SUS proposes to build spaces for encounters between subjects, providing knowledge exchange, networking with multidisciplinary team to identify the needs, desires and interests of users. The Home has been often discussed in meetings between health professionals and managers, considering its importance as constitutive of political modes of production and health as a technological intervention tool in the training of listening " ethical guideline / aesthetic /, link building, collateral access with accountability and problem solving in health services. In this context a literature search was done in print and electronic journals in the databases (Latin American and Caribbean Literature on Health Sciences) LILACS and SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online), BIRENE and elaborate an intervention project data. This project aims to establish a proposal for a suitable host strategy for resolving service issues to the spontaneous demand of the users of the healthcare team " SEVILLE B III " in Ribeirão das Neves MG, as a way to optimize both health attendance this users as the process of team work. We conclude that the implementation of the intervention project will contribute to the reorganization of health care since the host can be the pillar of humanization, enabling bonding and accountability between workers and users .
