Resumen
The purpose of the text is to make a critical comment to the text “The memory of what
has not passed”, by Pedro Hussak Ramos, proposing an approach based on concepts of
Theodor Adorno’s aesthetics. The main argument reads the work of Leila Danziger as a
testimony to the strategy of “unimaging” in contemporary art, when the devices of
abstraction and rupture of the totality of images gain a new drama, beyond the affirmation
of art in its programs of purification of forms. This argumentative bias takes as legitimate
to make readings of works of art beyond or despite the explicit and conscious positions of
its authors and authors.
