Controle estatístico de processos aplicado ao setor de comércio de buchas vegetais

Abstract

In the present scenario, marked by highly competitive market, companies are increasingly looking to improve their production processes to meet customer requirements. In this sense, statistical methods of quality control, particularly control charts, are highlighted as they present a quantitative dimension of variability of a process. In the present work were the control charts used to assess the ability of the production process of a company engaged in the trade sector. The results will allow managers to better assess the production process of the company and act in a planned manner in bad sectors.
