dc.description.abstractThis paper discusses on the Impacts of Vocational Training developed by ETSUS / PA in Health Care , Educational Action on the scenario where experience Vocational Education for Community Health Workers in the cities of the first to sixth Regional Health Centre ( CRS ) , in the state of Pará the Community Health Agents ( ACS ) is a professional network of the Unified Health System ( SUS ) since 1991 , their activities are considered public relevance because prioritizes health promotion and prevention grievances , with contributions from the people themselves through culture in the " know how to make your own health care ." Thefocus and direction of the study aims, a proposal for an action plan for use of the instrument of systematic monitoring of the impacts of training offered to ACS through the course Professional Qualification return to their activities in the service. We conducted a Field Research Qualitative - descriptive, using a questionnaire, where data were collected in twentycities with one hundred and fifty participants, in which we obtained information that allowed the participants' understanding about vocational education and on their profession. There are important considerations addressed by participants, as analysis of the responses. Eightypercent of the respondents have knowledge about the need to empower themselves continuously, because of the health service requires systematic improvement for professional development and better execution of daily work , sixteen percent of that amount , are studyingnew level courses technical , three percent are in the University area of Health and one percent are enrolled in Mathematics . It is worth mentioning that according to information from the ACS, ninety-four percent of the population perceived changes in care, improving theway of acting in the achievements of home visits, after completing the course. Six percent of ACS could not answer if there was improvement in care developed by the Family Health Strategy (FHS). The results collected from the questionnaire (Appendix 1) allowed to realize the importance of monitoring and understanding how the professional feels after qualifying.Thus, the plan proposed intervention will seek to systematize the use of this instrument so that each group formed, it can be established whether or not evidence of some transformation of the students in your field of expertise to improve the quality of the NHS and consequently its health team and enrolled population. It is expected that the proposal could encourage reflections about monitoring and evaluation of ACS after qualifying for the institution.
