Granuloma central de células gigantes: revisão de literatura e relato de um caso clínico

The Central giant cell granuloma (CGCG) is defined as intra bone tumor, aggressive but benign. Containing stromal spindle cells, surrounded by oval mononuclear cells like histiocytes, and abundant number of equally distributed osteoclastic giant cells of. Lesions classified as aggressive and non-aggressive, depending on their clinical, histological and imaginological features. Once diagnosed, the CGCG, requires immediate intervention, where his behavior will determine how invasive be the treatment of choice, it surgery or medicament therapy. This study will aim to review the literature relevant to the CGCG and resolution of a case report.
