dc.description.abstractThe low pay perceveid in the urban cleaning services, combined with the importance of the role played by these professionals, motivates the development of a mechanism that has improved such salaries, encouraging employees, while ensuring the economic balance of the financial company. Accordingly, it´s proposed a model variable compensation based on operating metrics, defined after analysis of the pricing of services. After consultation with the partners and managers of the segment companies in the urban cleaning is identified the viability of this proposal, the periodicy of monthly payment and supported in the performance evaluation by work team.
