This present project pedagogical intervention proposes to implement a different way to treat the topic Gender and Diversity in School through direct and effective participation actions of parents of students of a municipal school in the municipality of Contagem - MG, where it becomes challenging any topic related to Gender and Diversity within this school. Your goal is to insert the parents of students in two classes of the first year of the third cycle of a municipal school in Contagem - MG in the implementation process, training and pedagogical intervention in the issue of gender and diversity in the school, thus seeking to reduce resistance parents of students and students in relation to the subject and at the same time make them partners of educators in this process, as many educators feel afraid to work with these issues. This project was a follow-up phase of all activities related to the theme developed by this school focused on students during the first half of the year 2015 and started this educational intervention in the second half of the year. Using the qualitative method of literature review, investigative, exploratory and semi-structured interviews, work addresses different ways of entering issues to be worked out as the students and their parents, emphasizing the involvement of parents and the framework of forms of action through the intervention pedagogical proposed here. Which it should be used as a tool, school intervention in the classroom related to adolescent development regarding sexuality and minimizing conflicts at school. This study investigated the way was being addressed the subject in school and the perception of students, parents and educators regarding the initiatives taken by the school and proposes another way to approach the subject in school. The results indicate that the issue has to be seen and worked more safely by educators, from the time that parents began to know and participate in what is being treated at school and how this issue is being addressed within the school, although resistance still exist for many of the parents and that they show very little interest in the project developed by the school, discouraging fact for the school itself, which ends up limiting their actions internally as he could not maximize your results. Thus, this educational intervention project developed by the school does not result in a significant change as it continues having a removal position of the parents of students, hampering their integration with the school does not benefit the implementation of the project.
