This study conducted a review of the theoretical literature concerning architecture at the end of the eighteenth century, and seeks an understanding, in addition to economic factors or technical, the political issue but also of the forces at work in architectural production. It deals with the relationship between politics and architectural production in break times of the French Revolution. It is considered the question of political disruption as a driver of change in relation to space, symbols, the relationship as own doing and thinking architecture. In particular, it reflected the issue of own historical narrative, and how modernity puts us in a new regime of historicity, and therefore new relationships between past and future.
