dc.description.abstractThe goal of this intervention was proposed restructure pedagogical training for faculty facilitators ETSUS / MA, describe the knowledge, skills and competencies needed by teachers facilitators ETSUS / MA in their work process; planning to develop pedagogical training and develop evaluation tool of course. This intervention project addresses the institutional, administrative and management work. The design of this proposal for the training of teachers, guided by the principles advocated by the Education Policy Committee, thus contributing to the goal of sharing information, finding solutions to problems of common interest, dissemination of technologies, promotion of joint institutions professional education throughout the country, constituting a technical organization and political ETSUS.
