dc.description.abstractBeing poor characterized by an absence or dysfunction of a mental, physiological , or anatomical structure. Refers to the person who experiences a disability continuously. Specialized care should be the right of all persons with disabilities , either for therapeutic purposes , is to help you learn to cope with disability and develop the potential in different areas . The work of the interdisciplinary team must meet the peculiarities of development of each individual. Under this assumption , it becomes essential to make an integrative review of the actions taken in a preventive way , which fosters the health and autonomy of people with disabilities . What is needed is the realization of the new logic of assistance aimed at improving living conditions . Taking care of the disabled person means to provide access to this individual rights , the medical, psychological , nutritional , dental , physiotherapy , pharmaceutical among others seeking prevention and health promotion support. In this sense, the objective of this work is to identify and analyze scientific publications on the practices of interdisciplinary teams that promotes the humane care and improving the health and quality of life of individuals .
