dc.description.abstractThis intervention plan has proposed institutional assessment in a Technical School of Health System - Alagoas. In it will adopt the model training, flexible and democratic evaluation, from which the latter will be built to promote advancements, improvements and development of the quality of teaching and administrative practices of the school. The methodology will include document analysis and application of evaluative instruments, organized according to the guidelines of the National Assessment of Higher Education.
