dc.description.abstractThis paper aims to present the work developed in the modernization of management and restructuring in the follow-up of UFMG institutional events, which are scheduled and attended by the Event Support Center of CAC to the CAD1 Administration. With one of UFMG's largest auditoriums, CAD1 has been playing a major role in the development of UFMG's academic events. The Community Affairs Coordination manages various spaces that serve audiences, not just academics but a wide and diverse audience. Over the years, with increasing demands for scheduling, it was necessary to create a system capable of capturing and managing these events and six respective spaces, also bringing standards 13 and work methodologies that have been applied in the management of CAC / CADs. The evaluation from this new system and your efficiency has being proving in this search.
