A (in)visibilidade da comunidade LGBT e o planejamento estatal

Abstract

The objective of the article is to study the invisibility of the LGBT community to the state standards of planning when it comes to guaranteeing fundamental rights to it, such as health, education, security and employment. And, on the other hand, as the same social segment is visible in the eyes of the state and capital, when it comes to generating profit and fomenting the economy, in the planning laws. A constructive critique of such a position is also made, in the end, such as a propose of how state planning can contribute to solving the paradox.
