Piranhas is a Brazilian municipality located in the western state of Alagoas. Its estimated population is 25,298 inhabitants. After situational diagnosis by the family health team among Entre Montes was prioritized as a problem of research the high incidence of sexually transmitted diseases. Sexually transmitted diseases constitute one of the most common reasons for consultation in our area of coverage. The low level of knowledge of the population on disease, non-adherence to treatment, non-use of condoms, inappropriate lifestyle, and the poor accompaniment by the team, favored the high incidence of this disease in our area. The aim of this work is to reduce the incidence of sexually transmitted diseases in the territory of the basic unit of health among hills. For the elaboration of the action plan the situational Strategic planning method was used. The data were collected in the municipal database of epidemiological surveillance, Secretariat of Health, on the electronic website of the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics, in the basic attention information system and the situational diagnosis data Performed by the health team. For the revision of the literature we use search site as: In the Portal Brasil, the Virtual Library of UFMG, Scientific Electronic library Online and articles and publications of the Ministry of Health of Brazil. The implementation of the intervention plan is expected to increase the level of knowledge of users, change of lifestyle, adherence to treatment, as well as early diagnosis and proper monitoring by the team
