dc.description.abstractActivities carried out by the Family Health Team of PSF Padre Libério was possible to identify a number of health problems, including a wide range of emergencies were quickly identified to be remedied immediately by the entire multidisciplinary team. As a method of rapid assessment as a first step for the construction of a proposed intervention, the problemswere related to priorities, such as: use of licit and illicit drugs (alcohol, crack, marijuana), unemployment, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, pregnancy adolescence, tooth decay, violence in the neighborhood, sexism, lack of leisure option and increased cardiovascular risk in the elderly.In an emergency, major emergencies were placed on the agenda to be solved, being distributed in stages and directed teams better able specifying each of the importance of developing a plan of action. To the nurse coordinator, the problem targeted and chosen to be crafted relates to alcoholism, for which we designed a unique action plan for nursing in Basic Health Units can apply with their patients.
