dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the present work is mainly to reflect on how human behaviors may interfere in the interpersonal relations at the workplace and, points some consequences of worker psychic harm caused as the moral harassment. The importance of good behavior and interpersonal relationship in all realms of life is well known and appreciated, however these relations may fail. In order to develop successful relationship at workplace, workers and managers have to improve some skills. In this sense, considerations about human resource policies and quality of life programs as part of actions adopted to benefit workers, also will be analyzed and presented. This work is a study of matter wherein bibliographical survey about the theme pervades and investigates different areas of knowledge as social/work psychology and mental health, enterprise management and moral harassment.
