The search strategy is based on the model The PRISMA Statement by the use of scientific descriptors for identifying the original studies published evaluating the factors that stimulated the event notification. After fluctuating reading of the pre-selected studies, identify and analyze the interest variables. 193 potential relevant articles in the databases have been identified. After reading the titles and abstracts were eliminated 159 articles not fit the inclusion criteria. After reading in full were included 24 articles. We observed that the majority of studies contemplating mainly pharmaceuticals (n=15) and doctors (n=13). The main incentive factors for notification were: feedback (n=9); RAM severity (n=6) and training and continuing education (n=8).
