In this case it is for the patient to adapt to different situations of life, which requires intense cognitive, emotional and psychological stress. Although with all the other new forms of intervention in mental health, it is known that the indication of psychotropic drugs in certain diseases, including depression, phobias, anxiety, insomnia, epilepsy, and schizophrenia may be mentioned, among others, is required. The main objective of this work was to develop a plan of action for the conduct of treatment in mental disorders that affect the population treated in primary health care is effective and buoyed by scientific knowledge.
