dc.description.abstract | The humanized care has been a growing require in any context. In the health area is a must for all professionals involved with the service users of the Unified Health System. Humanizing is to rescue the importance of emotional aspects, inseparable from the physical aspects, intervention and health care and means respecting the worker and the user as human beings. It also means valuing them because of the dignity that is inherent. The objective of this study was to address aspects of humanization in health services, health education, focusing on the development of affective skills Agent Community Health This is a bibliographic type narrative, developed through consultation with the articles published in Portuguese and indexed in the databases of the Virtual Health Library, Nursing database, Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences, National Collection of Information Sources SUS and SCIELO. The theme chosen for the survey was due to the author's experience in working in a basic health unit and its perception that, not always, the community health workers develop their customer service in a humane way. It is hoped that this study will contribute to full performance and relevant health professionals in the consolidation of public policies of humanization and awareness of Community Health Workers to the affective dimension that addresses the importance of human relations in their work with users. | |
