dc.description.abstractThis course conclusion work presents a proposal of intervention that is being held at the School of Public Health of the State of Minas Gerais (MG-ESP), an agency under direct administration of the State of Minas Gerais responsible for teaching courses in the area of health, the various types of education for professionals working in the Unified Health System (SUS). Their goal was to create an instrument with analytical parameters, based on the federal law, which will serve as input in the process of monitoring, evaluation and adjustment of professional technical courses mid-level ESP-MG to the legal provisions on the legal education today. The methodology was structured in three phases: creation of an instrument with analytical categories, represented by a framework for the analysis of courses, development of guidelines for completing this instrument, and finally, building a timeline for implementation of the instrument Professional courses to middle level technicians in progress in ESP-MG.
